Materials

What it is actually made of

TPE

Double-layer closed cell, 6 mm and 8 mm. Print is applied to the top layer before lamination so it does not peel.

NBR

Higher density for thicker mats; 10 mm and 12 mm, with a moisture-resistant skin.

Natural rubber

Wet-grip PU or suede top layer, 4–5 mm. Heavier, and the material most studios specify.

Questions buyers send first

Which mat material should I stock first?

TPE 6 mm is the safest first order: light, printable, and it covers both studio and home buyers at a mid price. Natural rubber is heavier and more expensive but is what serious studios ask for, so add it once the listing proves itself.

Can you print on both sides?

Yes for TPE and NBR. Print is applied before lamination, so the pattern sits under a clear layer and does not wear off.

What is the MOQ?

300 pieces per mat colour and print, 500 pieces for blocks.

How do mats ship?

Air or LCL. Twelve mats fit in one carton of about 0.09 CBM, so a 300-piece order is roughly 25 cartons.
