Proof first
You approve before we produce
- Send a logo file. AI, EPS, PDF or 300 dpi PNG. We sign an NDA on request.
- Mock-up in 12 hours. Your logo placed on the actual product photo, at the position you choose.
- Sample in 7 days. Physical sample with the logo applied — you check the stitch, the feel and the colour.
- Production. 25–30 days, with weekly photo reports and third-party inspection welcome.

Private label questions
What is the minimum order for private label?
100 pieces per colour and size for knee sleeves and wrist wraps, 200 for belts and straps, 500 for bands and mats. Mixed styles can share one production run.
Do you charge for the mock-up?
No. The digital mock-up is free and takes 12 working hours. You only pay for a physical sample, and that cost is refunded on your first order above 500 pieces.
Can I use my own packaging artwork?
Yes. Send a dieline or let us provide one, plus artwork with 3 mm bleed, CMYK and outlined fonts. We return a proof in 48 hours.
Who owns the tooling?
Tooling we create for your design is charged once and then reserved for your orders. Ask for the tooling clause in the quote.
