Four questions
Can I start with a very small order?
Yes. 100 pieces per colour and size is a real order, not a sample. Many brands start with three styles at 100 pieces each and treat it as one batch.
Do you sell on marketplaces yourself?
No. We manufacture only, so we do not compete with our customers on Amazon or anywhere else. That is a deliberate choice.
Can you keep our designs exclusive?
Yes, on request. We reserve a style and colourway for a customer and do not offer it to others in the same market. Ask for the exclusivity clause in the quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
Sample orders are paid in full. Production orders are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. Programme orders are negotiable after the second repeat.
