A note on what we do not do. We are a factory, not a freight forwarder or an import broker. We can prep and hand the goods to your forwarder, or quote door to door through our partner. Duties and import VAT stay in your name.

Can you ship directly to an Amazon warehouse?
Yes, to the warehouse code on your shipment plan. We prep to Amazon's packaging requirements and hand over to your forwarder, or quote door to door through our partner.
Do you apply FNSKU labels?
Yes, printed and applied per unit. Send the FNSKU list as a spreadsheet with one row per SKU.
What if my cartons are overweight?
We build the carton plan to stay under the weight and size limits before production starts, so the fix is a packing decision rather than a re-shipment.
Who pays duty and VAT?
You do. We are the manufacturer; duties and import VAT are settled by the importer of record.
