What it is actually made of

Outer shell

PU leather for volume, full-grain leather for sparring lines. Stitch density 8–10 per inch.

Foam

IMF (impact-moulded) for knuckle protection, layered EVA for the cuff. Density is specified per model, not per factory default.

Closure

Hook-and-loop with a 25,000-cycle rating, or lace for competition gloves.

PU or leather gloves?

PU is the volume product and the right first order for most brands. Full-grain leather sells in smaller numbers at a higher price to sparring and competition buyers. The foam spec matters more than the shell for protection, and we quote it explicitly.

Do mouthguards need FDA registration in the US?

Mouthguards are food-contact items, so US buyers normally ask for FDA-compliant material documentation. We supply the material declaration; registration sits with the importer.

What is the MOQ?

150 pairs for lace-up competition gloves, 200 per glove or shin guard model, 500 pairs for hand wraps.

Can you match a specific glove weight?

Yes, 8 to 18 oz, with the weight marked on the cuff. Tolerance is ±0.5 oz per pair.
