Aluminium for entry price points, full carbon for performance. Weight tolerance ±2 g per racket.

Pickleball cores

Polypropylene honeycomb, 13 mm or 16 mm, with a fibreglass, carbon or Kevlar face.

Grips and rubbers

PU overgrips, replacement grips, and ITTF-style rubbers with tackiness options.

Can you print our artwork on pickleball paddle faces?

Yes, full-face UV print or pad print, with a 300-piece minimum per design. We send a digital proof and, above 1,000 pieces, a physical pre-production sample.

Are the paddles USAPA compliant?

We build to the dimensional and surface-roughness requirements and can supply a specification sheet. Formal USAPA approval is applied for by the brand, and we support the submission.

Do you make carbon badminton rackets?

Yes, full carbon frames at about 85 g, with custom paint, decals and grip. Aluminium frames are available for entry and school ranges.

What is the MOQ?

300 pieces per model and design for rackets and paddles, 1,000 pieces for shuttles.
