Before you ask
Three questions
Why PU and not stitched PVC?
A stitched PVC shell is cheaper and it is what most low-cost balls use, but the seam is where it fails: repeated wall contact opens the stitching and the fill migrates. A rotational-moulded PU shell has no seam to fail. Ask any supplier for the shell construction before you compare price.
Which weights do races use?
Men's and women's divisions use different weights and diameters, and they differ between rulebooks. Send us the rulebook you are buying against, and we match weight and diameter to it. We do not print a federation mark without written permission from that federation.
How do you test weight tolerance?
Every batch is weighed individually, not sampled by average. Tolerance is ±2% on the stated weight; a 14 lb ball that weighs 13.4 lb gets rejected by an athlete on the first station.
What is the MOQ?
100 pieces per weight, 100 per colour when a custom shell colour is used.
