Four things you can change

Three questions
Why do you ship empty?
A filled 25 kg bag is a freight problem: volumetric weight, a customs question about agricultural content, and a per-kilo cost that eats the margin. The shell and liner ship flat at about 140 g each. The buyer fills locally with sand or steel shot, and the carton drops from 25 kg per unit to 7 kg per fifty.
Will the sand leak out?
Not with a separate inner liner. A single-layer bag always leaks at the seam within a month. We sew a non-woven liner inside the Oxford shell, and the filler port closes with a hook-and-loop flap plus a webbing strap.
Can it be washed?
The shell can be hosed down and air-dried. We do not recommend machine washing a filled bag, so we print a care label saying so — it prevents a complaint that would otherwise be your fault.
What is the MOQ?
200 pieces per size, 150 for 30 kg, 500 for liners sold separately.
