Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Cutting, lamination, flatlock sewing, high-frequency welding, logo application and packing all happen in our workshop in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou.

What certifications do the supports carry?

REACH SVHC test reports, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for knitted styles, ISO 9001, and CE marking under the PPE Regulation where the product is claimed as protective equipment. Certificates are sent before you pay a deposit.

Do knee supports need CE marking in the EU?

It depends on the claim you make, not on the shape of the product. Marketed as protection against injury at work or sport, it falls under PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Marketed as treating a condition, the Medical Device Regulation applies instead. Sold purely as apparel with no protective or therapeutic claim, neither applies. Get the classification in writing from your test lab before printing packaging.

What is the MOQ?

100 pieces per colour and size for knee sleeves, 200 pairs for wrist wraps and ankle supports, 150 for leather lever belts. Mixed styles can be combined into one production run.

How long is production and shipping?

Sampling about 7 days; production 25–30 days. Express to the US 5–8 days, air 10–14 days, LCL sea freight 30–40 days.

Can you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Yes. We apply FNSKU labels per unit, poly bag with the required warning, keep cartons inside Amazon's limits and apply box and pallet labels. Prep adds 2 to 4 days to production.
