Materials

What it is actually made of

Lycra belt body

260 gsm four-way stretch with a bonded edge, so the belt does not ride up when it holds a phone. Zips are YKK or an equivalent rated pull.

Reflective tape

Glass-bead retroreflective tape, 25 mm. We quote the tape's measured retroreflection value; we do not claim a garment certification unless the finished item was tested as a garment.

TPU flask

BPA-free TPU with a food-contact declaration. Wide neck for filling and cleaning, narrow neck for a bite valve.

Questions buyers send first

Can I order fifty pieces with a club logo?

Yes. Number bands, armbands and ponchos start at 300, running belts at 200. For a club kit below those numbers we can print on stock colours and hold the club name for a reorder, which is how most clubs actually start.

Can you supply the whole club kit in one box?

Yes, and this is the reason clubs buy from one supplier. We pack one set per member — belt, band, flask, sleeve — into a labelled bag, then carton by size split. Your kit secretary hands out bags instead of counting items.

Is the reflective tape certified?

The tape has measured retroreflection data. EN ISO 20471 applies to a finished garment tested as a garment, so if you need that claim we send the item to a lab and quote the test separately. Do not print the certification mark on the strength of tape data alone.

What is the MOQ?

200 pieces for belts and flasks, 300 for bands and armbands, 1,000 for ponchos.
