Durability
What makes it hold up
Neoprene grade and lamination
Cheap sleeves delaminate at the jersey bond, not at the seam. We use a 7 mm open-cell sheet laminated under heat and pressure, so the jersey layer does not lift after washing.
Flatlock, not overlock
A flatlock seam sits flush against the skin and does not create a pressure ridge behind the knee. It is slower to sew and it is the first thing a serious lifter checks.
Silicone grip band
A 15 mm silicone band on the inner top edge stops the sleeve rolling down mid-set. It is a small part of the cost and the most common complaint about cheaper sleeves.
